This resort is in the Miami Beach of Australia's Gold Coast. The cities high rises sit right on an endless beach… the reason they call this town Surfers Paradise. There is a lively backpacker scene due to the small town feel and the big city nightlife.

The Backpacker Resort is about as close to a resort as a hostel gets. It's spotless and the hostel's shuttles chauffer you around. They have a pool, a jacuzzi, an abbreviated tennis court where you play with flat tennis balls and racquetball racquets, a nice kitchen, and a patio with a BBQ. They have an endless slate of daily and nightly activities to keep you entertained.

You'll have a good time here and you can't help but make a few friends. If you've got the time, give yourself a week here or you'll feel that you're leaving too soon.
